At Bluetile Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and un-skated equipment in its original packaging. Please note that assembled custom completes and grip tape applications are final sale.
Review Condition
Ensure your items are in brand-new, sellable condition with all original tags and shrink wrap intact; decks cannot be returned once they have been gripped or skated.
Contact Support
Email our team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original box and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping service; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Processing and Refund
Once our shop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days, minus any original shipping fees.
